As part of the Trust Alliance Group, we are developing a sustainability approach in line with environmental and social standards appropriate to our purpose because it's the right thing to do.
Our environmental priorities are:

- Achieving Net Zero-Improving energy performance
- Go green by supporting offsetting projects and local community initiatives

- Reaching people from different communities
- Making a difference in the communities we serve
We're doing this by:
- Taking a charitable approach that will deliver local impact
- Delivering inclusion through action plans, opportunities and colleague engagement
- Enabling colleagues to best support consumers
- Continually refining processes and services
- Doing the right thing for people from different backgrounds
- Building capacity and delivering change through projects, training and developing what we do
- Making a difference in the communities we serve
- Reaching people from different communities as an employer and service provider
- Providing access and support to all stakeholders experiencing challenging circumstances
